Colors

Find Match

Based on selected Main color, color generator will generate and adjust suitable color shade for State segment color parameters.

Background

Background color of State segment. All state segment tabs will use this color. This color can be set automatically using color generator or using color palette.

Value

Color of state segment values. Values are basically parameters that are displayed in multiple state segment tabs. This color can be set automatically using color generator or using color palette.

Label

Color of State segment labels. This color can be set automatically using color generator or using color palette.


Example: Background color set to blue, value colors set to yellow and label colors set to white.

GCode

Hide:

Disables display of GCode tab.

Show:

Enables display of GCode tab.

IO

User can add LED indication to state IO panel as also separate indicators to bottom toolbar of PlanetCNC TNG main user interface. You can add LED indicators for Estop, Soft Limits, Hard Limits, Motor Enable, Axis Lock, Error pin or indicators for entire Output header, Input header, Limit input header, Jogging input header, CTRL header.

Hide:

Disables display of IO tab.

Show:

Enables display of IO tab.


LED Size

Sets size of LED indicators.

LED Red

Red color of IO indicators can be set using color palette. Star shaped button will open color palette, from which user selects main color: Color palette dialog offers user to select main color using color picker or RGB parameter sliders.

LED Green

Green color of IO indicators can be set using color palette. Star shaped button will open color palette, from which user selects main color: Color palette dialog offers user to select main color using color picker or RGB parameter sliders.

LED Orange

Orange color of IO indicators can be set using color palette. Star shaped button will open color palette, from which user selects main color: Color palette dialog offers user to select main color using color picker or RGB parameter sliders.

LED Blue

Blue color of IO indicators can be set using color palette. Star shaped button will open color palette, from which user selects main color: Color palette dialog offers user to select main color using color picker or RGB parameter sliders.


LED Controller

When checked, IO panel will display Controller indicators

LED Output

When checked, IO panel will display Output header indicators

LED PWM

When checked, IO panel will display PWM pin indicators

LED Input

When checked, IO panel will display Input header indicators

LED Limit

When checked, IO panel will display Limit header indicators

LED Jog

When checked, IO panel will display Jog header indicators

LED CTRL

When checked, IO panel will display CTRL header indicators

LED Aux

When checked, IO panel will display AUX header indicators


LED ExtIn1

This value depends on the number of connected ExtIn devices to Ext1 header of controller. Each row offers 8 input indicators.

LED ExtIn2

This value depends on the number of connected ExtIn devices to Ext2 header of controller. Each row offers 8 input indicators.

LED ExtOut1

This value depends on the number of connected ExtOut devices to Ext1 header of controller. Each row offers 8 output indicators.

LED ExtOut2

This value depends on the number of connected ExtOut devices to Ext2 header of controller. Each row offers 8 output indicators.

For number of rows more than 2, double click on the Ext indicator panel to collapse all rows


Status Size:

User can change size of LED indicators at the status bar.

Status LEDs:

To create and add a desired LED indicator to status bar, user writes dedicated short code into LED input bar.

ES: Creates Estop LED indicator.

SL: Creates Soft Limit LED indicator.

LM: Creates Hard Limits LED indicator.

MT: Creates Motor Enable LED indicator.

AL: Creates Axis Lock LED indicator.

ER: Creates Error pin LED indicator.

On: Creates Output header pin LED indicator. O3 would create indicator for output pin 3.

In: Creates Input header pin LED indicator. I3 would create indicator for input pin 3.

Ln: Creates Limit header pin LED indicator. L3 would create indicator for limit input pin 3.

Jn: Creates Jog header pin LED indicator. J3 would create indicator for jogging input pin 3.

Cn: Creates CTRL header pin LED indicator. C3 would create indicator for CTRL pin 3.


Example: We would like to create LED indicator for Input pin 1 and Output pin 3.

In such case we write O3 and I1 into input bar. For the sake of better representation, size of indicators is set to 49 pts:
